1. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI tools. Violations may result in account termination.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, UI components, and generated assets remain the property of TrimBay Design Lab. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
5. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results from our generative AI tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrimBay Design Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
